Anna and Duane‘s wedding was our first chance to shoot or even visit Nottoway Plantation & Resort. Oh. My! It was gorgeous and the weather was a bit chilly, but just as beautiful for our first event there.
Their wedding weekend was kicked off the night before by their ultra classy rehearsal dinner.
How cute (and totally delish!) are these white chocolate covered strawberries? They were “dressed” in tuxes and dresses.
They had the sweetest slideshow of pictures of each of them up until they met and after. Their family and friends loved it.
So many hilarious… and touching… toasts. I love being there for these. It really helps me get to know my couples even more, and more often than not, I’m teary along with everyone else. ;)
I LUCKED OUT with this chair! Don’t the shoes look like they and the chair were made for each other? And oh the shoes… be still my heart.
And for a little added comfort for the reception…
Anna’s mom gifted her with a beautiful bracelet that she had made with a jewel that belonged to Anna’s grandmother. So sweet.
These cuties were so patiently waiting for their time to shine.
Jeromy captured the guys just hangin’ and relaxin’ before the ceremony. They look awfully comfy in those Chucks. Don’t they?

Molly is practically Anna & Duane’s child… with fur. It wouldn’t be right for her parents to get married without her! She was quite a hit.
I loved this little guy with this banner! He marched on up to the front with his arms folded in, turned around, and opened up his arms. Isn’t it a darling idea?
